• Ratiolex represents a Latvian bio-oil company as a claimant and a respondent of a counterclaim in a MEUR 40 dispute concerning a service agreement against a Russian-owned Finnish oil company. The dispute is conducted in accordance with the SCC Arbitration Rules in English before a three-member arbitral tribunal, with Latvian law as the applicable law and Stockholm, Sweden, as the seat of arbitration 1/2026-.
• Ratiolex represents a Latvian bio-oil company as a claimant in the District Court of Helsinki in a MEUR 3.4 dispute concerning a bio-oil supply contract against a Russian-owned Finnish oil company wherein the applicable laws are the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and Latvian law, 1/2026-.
• Ratiolex successfully represented a Finnish construction company as the applicant in proceedings for the enforcement of an arbitral award rendered in the ad hoc arbitration proceedings under the Finnish Arbitration Act and related precautionary measures at the District Court of Helsinki, 8/2025-1/2026.
