• Ratiolex successfully represented a Finnish transportation company as the respondent in a dispute concerning a subcontracting agreement before the District Court of Itä-Uusimaa, 3/2025–4/2026: the District Court’s judgment of 14 April 2026 whereby our client’s opponent party’s claims were dismissed in their entirety and the opponent party was ordered to pay our client’s legal costs.

• Ratiolex advises a state in billion Euros investment protection treaty related legal proceedings in Romania, 4/2026-.

• Ratiolex successfully represented a Finnish company providing ICT and telecommunications operator services as the claimant in arbitration proceedings conducted in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Finland Chamber of Commerce concerning a breach of a shareholder agreement’s non-competition, non-solicitation and confidentiality clauses and liquidated damages, 10/2025-3/2026: the matter was closed by amicable negotiation in favor of our client after our client’s opponent parties paid our client an amicable compensation of hundreds of thousands Euros.

• Ratiolex advises a state in billion US dollars investment protection treaty related legal proceedings in Norway, 2/2026-.

• Ratiolex represents a Latvian bio-oil company as a claimant and a respondent of a counterclaim in a MEUR 40 dispute concerning a service agreement against a Russian-owned Finnish oil company. The dispute is conducted in accordance with the SCC Arbitration Rules in English before a three-member arbitral tribunal, with Latvian law as the applicable law and Stockholm, Sweden, as the seat of arbitration 1/2026-.

• Ratiolex represents a Latvian bio-oil company as a claimant in the District Court of Helsinki in a MEUR 3.4 dispute concerning a bio-oil supply contract against a Russian-owned Finnish oil company wherein the applicable laws are the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and Latvian law, 1/2026-.

• Ratiolex successfully represented a Finnish construction company as the applicant in proceedings for the enforcement of an arbitral award rendered in the ad hoc arbitration proceedings under the Finnish Arbitration Act and related precautionary measures at the District Court of Helsinki, 8/2025-1/2026.
