and voice in television, radio and internet advertising campaign: the Court of Appeal of Helsinki\u2019s judgment in which the Court of Appeal overturned the District Court\u2019s judgment and ordered our client\u2019s opponent party to pay our client the compensation of EUR 300,000, including interest for late payment, and to compensate our client\u2019s legal costs incurred in the District Court and Court of Appeal in full.<br>\u2022 Represented successfully the board members of a Finnish company declared bankrupt in white collar criminal proceedings which concerned an aggravated dishonesty of debtor, an aggravated accounting offence, and a prohibition on pursuing a business in the District Court of Helsinki: the District Court\u2019s final and binding judgment, whereby our clients\u2019 domestic and international civil disputes in courts and arbitration proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalle has extensive experience in civil and criminal proceedings in the District Court of Helsinki and the Court of Appeal of Helsinki. In the District Court, he has acted as a judge responsible for white-collar crime cases and chaired several large-scale white-collar crime cases.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalle\u2019s academic background supports his practical work: he holds a doctorate in contract law and has served in teaching and research roles at the University of Helsinki in the fields of contract law and damages law. Kalle has also coached the University of Helsinki\u2019s Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team and acted as an arbitrator in the Willem C.
